This Sports Massage Therapy treatment works with the musculoskeletal & neuromuscular systems while unwinding the fascial system to promote better range of motion, increase circulation, relieve symptoms of nerve impingement, and reducing scar tissue adhesions. These sessions begin with traditional massage therapy treatments followed by various Sports-Related techniques such as Soft Tissue Release (STR), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Joint Mobilizations, and Assisted Stretching.
